on january 25, 2016, texas grand jury indicted cmp founder david daleiden , member sandra merritt while finding no wrongdoing planned parenthood. charges against daleiden , merritt in texas dismissed 6 months later. on march 28, 2017, daleiden , merritt charged 15 felonies in state of california - 1 each of people whom had filmed without consent, , 1 criminal conspiracy invade privacy. on june 21, 2017, invasion of privacy charges (but not of conspiracy) dismissed leave amend.
