in 2005 pacbi worked closely british committee universities of palestine (bricup) lobbied association of university teachers (aut) adopt academic boycott of israeli universities.


pacbi argues israel s colonial oppression of palestinian people comprises:



denial of responsibility nakba—in particular waves of ethnic cleansing , dispossession created palestinian refugee problem—and therefore refusal accept inalienable rights of refugees , displaced stipulated in , protected international law;
military occupation , colonization of west bank (including east jerusalem) , gaza since 1967, in violation of international law , un resolutions;
the entrenched system of racial discrimination , segregation against palestinian citizens of israel, resembles defunct apartheid system in south africa form israeli apartheid;
