in 1977 sat started project modernising of lorries. new range, s-series, launched @ beginning of 1980s. first model sk 150 entered market in 1980. significant feature modulised cabin enabled use of same structure in both conventional , forward control models minor changes. despite of being small producer, sisu offer large selection of lorries various purposes because of highly modulised construction. s-series received in market , remained technically competitive on whole decade.
