schelmenturm – 26m-high (85 ft) landmark of monheim tower 15th century, part of former fortification built earls of berg. since 1972, tower has been reorganised, being used cultural meeting place.
deusserhaus – deusser manor house, built around 1848, today museum of heimatbund (local history society) monheim e.v.
haus bürgel – house located on border between baumberg , düsseldorf in landscape conservation area called urdenbacher kämpe , flood plain of rhine. earliest source 1019 states castrum in burgela built in 4th century part of roman defences against franks on left bank of rhine. in 14th century, broadly meandering river changed bed after flood, haus bürgel on right bank of rhine today. remains of roman walls still visible, although place transformed larger frankish manor house. in recent years, has been used museum , biological-environmental research , information station.
gänselieselbrunnen – fountain known locally gänselieselbrunnen located next town hall of monheim rhein.
