the hull history centre offers various ways access archives. online catalogue provides information on over 225,000 documents. centre has collection of newspapers, census records, , burial records available viewing on microfilms.


the history centre allows customers view documents directly in climate controlled searchroom. view documents, customers must provide county archive research network (carn) ticket. obtain carn ticket, customers must bring valid form of identification name , address. there no charge obtain carn ticket.


customers can borrow select items loan stock using hull libraries library card.
