following hiatus lasting longer eighteen months, perkins returned pwg @ perils of rock n roll decadence in september 2011, losing eddie edwards. competed regularly promotion in 2012 mixed results. in september, entered 2012 battle of los angeles, defeating joey ryan in first round before losing sami callihan in quarter-finals.
