the national black students’ officer nus black students’ campaign elected full-time paid position coordinates , leads campaign. elected officer sits on nus national executive council. malia bouattia began term of office of july 2014. bouattia succeeds twice-elected aaron kiely completed maximum limit of 2 terms in office.

the black students nec representative sits on nus national executive council alongside national black students’ officer , elected delegates @ nus black students’ campaign summer conference.
nations officers
nus scotland , nus wales each have black students’ officer elected students resident @ scottish , welsh institutions respectively. these officers sit on nus black students’ campaign national committee nus scotland executive council , nus wales executive council. both nations have own independent committee , steering committees.
